ERA Mallon Best was established in January 1998 as Mallon Best
Property Services - It was part of an office network with Newry,
Armagh and our office based in Dundalk. The company is headed
by Managing Director - Tiernan Mallon.
Collectively the team have approximately 55 years property related
experience, encompassing many different types of residential,
commercial, agricultural and valuation sectors. ERA Mallon Best
focuses strongly on the local residential property market -
an area it would see as its strongest source of business.
In 1999 ERA Mallon Best achieved one of its primary goals
when itbecame the first and only Dundallk Estate Agent
to achieve the ISO 9001 International Quality Award. This
primarily aids the company to achieve, sustain and improve
the actual high quality of services provided in a manner
that will continually meet the company's clients in a
cost effective way.
 March
2001 saw the company join forces with - Electronic Realty Associates
(ERA), the only Pan-European real esate network. ERA affiliates
to 3400 offices worldwide and has offices in 14 European Countries.
In joining this international network ERA Mallon Best has increased
market profile locally with increased national and worldwide
exposure and have effectively joined forces nationally with
like-mined people striving to achieve improvements in customer
care and services.
Technically ERA Mallon Best are striving to be ahead
of the wave, with ecommerce, internet and website business becoming
an increasingly more used method of business communication.
